The story of Hope, the beautiful San Bernardo, is one that we don’t want to revisit, but unfortunately and against our wishes, it’s more common than we think. The distressed dog was found by a neighbor at Villa María del Triunfo, in Lima, Peru’s capital, tied up and isolated .

When the woman, identified as Allison, arrived on the scene , she was horrified to observe that the furry girl was tied to the window by a thick chain around her neck , completely abandoned by someone, instead. for taking care of her. instead he turned his back. Later it became known that the animal had been in the same condition for a whole year .

Fortunately, the person who saved him at the right time and at the right time. Today, he helps her start a new life, even calling the police . However, this is only the beginning of a long process for the authorities to finally intervene on behalf of the small animal.
