Micheline, an animal rescuer from Montreal, Canada, was out performing some community service when she came across two small kittens in desperate need of a home. The cats were looking for food in a garden outside a resident’s house.
The kittens were apparently only a few weeks old, very similar, and stayed close to one other the entire time. Micheline was able to safely transport them both to the Chatons Orphelins Montréal emergency facility.
“Stella and Ally are the names we chose for the twins. When they first came, they were really shy. Lena, one of our foster volunteers, brought them in so they could socialize in a safe environment. They adapted to their new cat tree right away and even slept together.”
The kittens were first hesitant, but after some time, they chose to explore every inch of their new home. As they traveled the region in quest of excitement, they never lost sight of one other.
According to the volunteer at the rescue facility,
“If they see a feather toy, they both bolt. When they play, they make a commotion, but they also enjoy quiet periods together and sleep cuddling.”
Ally is the smaller of the two, but she is incredibly lovely and has a wonderful attitude. This cheeky feline is always up for new activities, and her enthusiasm soon rubs off on her sister Stella.
Celine explains:
“The sisters are inextricably linked. They’ll attempt to find each other right away if they can’t see one other.”
Celine continues:
“While Ally is gregarious and lively, Stella is more quiet. They are a fantastic match for each other. When one of them gets touched, both purr motors switch on at the same time.”
These sisters have been converted into gorgeous panther kittens thanks to the efforts of volunteers, and they are now ready for their next adventure. The rescue center aims to place them together in a loving home.
Stella and Ally like hugs and are usually cuddling together; they are gorgeous and thoroughly enjoy each other’s company.
