Luke Hewick and Lauren Hartley, a couple from Hull, England, decided to take a different way than they typically do when out for a casual stroll. The faint sound of two kittens whimpering drew their attention as they went by a garbage.

Luke glanced around but didn’t see anything until Lauren noticed the sound was coming from that container. She noticed movement inside a huge suitcase and instantly instructed her buddy to look more.

“Normally, we wouldn’t go that path, but Lauren suggested it for a change of pace. We’d stopped close to pat a nice cat and were going away when we heard some little meows, which led me to believe the cat had following us.

When the pair unzipped the bag, they discovered a second bag inside. When they opened it, they saw two little kittens cuddled up and terrified, desperately trying to remain warm. There had been a tremendous storm the day before, and the kittens were shivering from the cold.

Luke immediately went home to get some towels. The kind couple then wrapped the tabby kittens in a blanket and took them home. They got in touch with the RSPCA and promised to look after the kitties for the night.

The kittens were overjoyed to be secure and warm, as well as to have their stomachs filled. They quickly revealed their true colors and seized the kind couple’s house as their own.

Luke stated, ”

“We were happy to look after them, but they were quick to beat us to it.” I believe we were intended to get the kittens since we were walking down that path and stumbled upon them.”

The RSPCA, for its part, has initiated an inquiry into what happened to the kittens in the aim of quickly identifying those guilty for their abandonment. Roscoe and Lyla are the names given to the kittens, who are just over eight weeks old.

The naughty lads have thoroughly appreciated every aspect of their new home and have become close to their new family. They adore stroking and food from their favorite humans while they romp about the home.

Luke and Lauren were very excited about their new tenants, so they went shopping for some lovely toys for their beloved kitties, but they quickly discovered their preferences: they are more attracted to cardboard boxes, which are their little strengths, and they spend the majority of their time there.
